ABSTRACT
The purpose which is reached by this research is analyzing and designing e-CRM at PT. AS.PLASTIK The research method use literature study method, analysis with system evaluation by SWOT, and design method that round up screen appear, process, and program design. This research produce the e-CRM system that is hoped can increase the serving and customer loyalty. The conclusion that is gotten from the analysis and design e-CRM is selling, marketing, and, serving easier and the customer feel more satisfied.
